Drones for Farming Conference 5th November at Harper Adams University

The conference is organised by the Unmanned Aerial Systems Special Interest Group of the National Centre for Precision Farming (NCPF) and URSULA Agriculture.  Sponsored by Bayer Crop Science, the event will be a great opportunity to hear from experts in the field, see drones and data systems in action and even try flying one yourself in one of the try-fly sessions. It is aimed at anyone interested in using drones in agriculture including farmers, agronomists and academics, and also users of drones in other sectors who are interested in finding out more about agriculture applications.

URSULA Agriculture provides professional services to farmers. It is also a strong advocate of the use of drones as a complementary platform to wide area aerial survey and satellite systems. The conference is sponsored by Bayer Crop Science. Anyone with BASIS registration will receive 6 points for attending the event.

Anyone with BASIS registration will receive 6 points for attending the event.  The conference costs £40 per person. Attendees will receive complementary tea, coffee and lunch as well as a year’s free membership of Drones for Farming.
